Scattered showers, t'storms possible

5:04 pm Wednesday...

Drier than expected today with rain not really arriving until around 2pm. But it's here now and it'll be a wet night. No heavy rain, just steady light to moderate stuff.

Wind was gusty earlier in the day, pretty quiet now but then it'll turn breezy again overnight.

CASCADES:

It's raining in the Cascades now except on the higher parts of Timberline and Meadows ski areas since the snow level has risen quite a bit. Snow level stays above the passes through tomorrow evening, then a dusting is likely again Friday morning. Ski areas picked up about a foot of new snow since yesterday morning.
