Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a sex abuse suspect accused of groping a victim on a sidewalk in southeast Portland.
The Portland Police Bureau posted surveillance images of the suspect on the agency’s ‘Can You ID Me?’ page.
Detectives said the suspect was involved in a “sex abuse incident” at Southeast Division Street and 36th Avenue. The assault occurred at 7:30 a.m. July 4.
Officers said the victim was walking on a sidewalk in the area when the assault occurred.
